WE ARE HIRING!! Project Manager/Designer Position in Solana Beach’s Cedros Design District A designer who works at the level of Project Manager is responsible for all stages and types of design initiatives from proposal and scope of work definition to project planning and implementation. Experience and competency at every stage of the design process, from design and planning through construction to installation. A major part of this position is to provide a proactive interface between the ILI staff and our vendors/contractors to ensure effective execution, installation and delivery of our design. Must meet the following criteria: Strong work ethic Advanced cad skills High level of productivity Multifaceted knowledge of the design industry including construction/new build experience Efficiency under pressure Detail oriented Professional Organizational and collaboration skills Bachelor’s Degree in related field Minimum of ten years or more related experience and or/training Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday Compensation: Dependent on experience Portfolio and references with cover letter and resume required Once all this serious business is out of our way, get ready to have FUN!
